The folling rates are for Annual Inspections performed after completion of a 100 Hour Inspection. All inspection panels and cowlings open and anircraft on jacks: (If applicable)
Inspection includes:
1. Thorough physical inspection of all systems for unairworthy items.
2. Airworthiness search and comparison with aircraft records, AD's...etc
3. Aircrafts record of major repair and alteration compared against aircraft equipment.
4. Comparision of aircraft weight and balance and equipment list against aircraft equipment.
5. Placards and markings in accordance with aircraft, propeller, and engine type certificates data sheets.
6. Logs books signed and endorsed showing that the annual inspection has been completed.
7. A list of unairworthy discrepancies that need to be corrected to return the aircraft to an airworthy condition will be provided to the owner/operator.
8. 100 Hour inspections or completed Annual inspections include magneto timing, spark plug inspection and cleaning, lubrication (flight controls, wheel bearings...etc), does not include oil, filters and necessary parts to complete.
